1. Why can’t I get my connection to be verified?

If you’re having trouble getting your connectors verified check the following:

• Make sure your credentials are correct
• Pop-ups are enabled
• You have access to the system you are connecting to and the respective permissions

1. I am doing a data blend and I see can create a new database with HelloGuru, what type of database is this?

   • HelloGuru will create a Postgres Database for you if you choose this option when doing a data blend.

2. What happens if I connect a database that has unstructured data, such as MongoDB?

   • If you have a database that has unstructured data, we will imported as HelloGuru as structured data. You won’t have to worry about doing that yourself
